+44 (0) 1554 740 500 Lighting Technology Projects has created and installed an elegant lighting design on the Alfie Morland pedestrian footbridge in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Appointed to the project by Dandara Ltd, the award-winning developers had been impressed by LTP’s previous illumination scheme on the Perryn Road Bridge and requested the team’s expertise.
Accordingly, the bridge’s innovative and distinct single span cable structure, was accentuated with a bespoke design, which exceeded the required lux levels. UniLed fixtures and a selection of Meyer Superlight floodlights were devised and specified for the handrails, lift housing and exit stairway, creating a striking and eye-catching effect that complemented the town centre’s new contemporary and urban image.
